Overview and Location
Lakeside is a prestigious housing, retail and leisure complex, with a rapidly expanding business park. The site offers high quality industrial and business accommodation within a unique lakeside location.
The complex is located less than five minutes from J3 of the M18. Lakeside offers 54 acres of future development land and is 700 acres in total, including the 50 acres of water.
The area has plans to offer:
Office space totalling 140,000 sq. ft. (ranging from 14,000 to 34,000 sq. ft. and 2/3 storeys high);

Carolina Court
