Overview and Location
Redhouse Interchange is a greenfield site which totals 200 acres, employs over 1,200 staff and has outline planning permission for B1, B2, B8 and C1 uses. Already home to one of the largest distribution centres in the North of England (B&Q), the site still has a lot to offer.
Redhouse Interchange is situated just off J38 of the A1(M).

Chase Park
Chase Park forms part of Redhouse Interchange. When fully complete, the 13 acres of land will be split into four elements:
Traditional offices – Two/three storey office buildings with dedicated car parking.
Ascot House totals 5,950 sq. ft. and is occupied by Tunstall Response.
Epsom House totals 3,845 sq. ft. and is occupied, but name unknown.
Ebor Court totals 27,000 sq. ft. This speculative build comprises 11 offices and will be completed by Autumn 2007.
Leisure developments – There are opportunities for restaurants, hotels and public houses. The first occupant in this sector was McDonalds.
