Nimbus Park (Thorne)
Nimbus Park is a major distribution development located just off J6 of the M18, allowing easy access to the M62 and M180. Phase One of the development was built by HelioSlough in 2006 and Phase Two is planned.
Phase One totals 750,000 sq. ft. and Phase Two will total 250,000 sq. ft.
MFI have taken the 750,000 sq. ft unit, and are considering the extra 250,000 sq. ft. for future development.
