Lakeside Village
Lakeside Village is Doncaster’s out-of-town outlet shopping centre offering a variety of well known brands within a picturesque waterside location. Situated just off J3 of the M18, Lakeside Village’s nearby attractions include The Dome (Europe's second largest indoor leisure complex), ten pin bowling, a multiplex cinema and a variety of pubs and restaurants.
Lakeside Village consists of 48 retail units totaling 140,000 sq. ft. and free parking for 980 cars. The tenant mix is very strong with anchor tenants Next, Marks & Spencer, and Clarks heading up an impressive range of stores. There is also an indoor soft play area and an outdoor play area to keep the children happy. Within the site boundaries, Hermes also owns two restaurants, which are leased to McDonalds and Pizza Hut. A Travel Inn Hotel/Beefeater Restaurant and Toys R Us superstore are also located onsite.
The extensive redevelopment of the Village has greatly increased penetration to the centre’s reachable catchment areas. The Village attracts 2.5 million visitors a year.
