Doncaster has taken a unique approach to regeneration by setting up Doncaster Development Direction, known as 3D, which is a pioneering strategic partnership between Doncaster Council, KPMG and DTZ. 3D has a major role in the transformation of Doncaster, and the projects that it is responsible for delivering fit into the wider economic regeneration of the town. The partnership brings together the extensive knowledge and network of the local government team, with the strategic insight, financial management and property expertise of the private sector.
