The Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel in Doncaster is one of the most luxurious hotels in the group after the brand announced three tiers, placing the property firmly at the top of the tree.

Today the company launched three hotel tiers; Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier, in a move that sees the company embark on a nationwide brand enhancement strategy.

The Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel is one of just nine properties in Great Britain to achieve the top tier ‘Premier’ status from the groups total of 276 independently owned and managed hotels.

The major brand enhancement and categorisation of the three tiers structure has been founded upon six key Best Western standards and core values; welcome, sleep, food and beverage, customer service, bathrooms and work and entertainment.

The Best Western tier sets the standard for these key areas of hotel experience and Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier build upon this with additional amenities and personality driven offerings.

Best Western Premier is the top tier of the group’s hotels adding the finer details and finishing touches that make stays extra special. These hotels are specifically chosen for their design and luxury elements and consist of just nine British hotels and 134 globally.

Richard Tyas, General Manager of Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel, said: “The team here at the hotel are dedicated to creating and maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service and luxurious design for our guests and are proud to be one of the select few hotels to achieve the ‘Premier’ status in recognition of this.”

Last year the group launched ‘Hotels with personality’; a strap line that celebrates the varied nature of the hotels independently owned and managed properties. The new tier brand enhancement goes one step further allowing consumers to differentiate between these hotels to choose the most suitable one to match their needs.

Best Western has properties throughout the country ranging from country manors, castles and coaching inns to stylish town houses, super modern retreats and sumptuous secluded getaways, there is a hotel to suit every personality and type of UK break.
