Developer St Modwen has acquired 27 acres of land in Doncaster.

The strategic development site, called Parkside Industrial Estate, comprises 600,000 sq ft of existing buildings, including a 250,000 sq ft warehouse and a 350,000 sq ft production building.

In the short term, St Modwen will continue to lease the space for income before confirming its long-term development plans which could include storage and distribution facilities targeted at national and local businesses.
