Property information services group PSG has acquired its Doncaster-based franchises to integrate its operations into one Yorkshire group.

Yorkshire firms Chalenor Legal Services and Yorkshire Home Inspections (YHI) have operated together as a PSG franchise, trading as PSG Doncaster since 2004, providing property information services for East Yorkshire.

PSG has now merged its wholly-owned West Yorkshire franchise in Huddersfield with those of PSG Doncaster to form PSG Yorkshire. PSG will pay a cash consideration of £375,000 and 350,000 PSG ordinary shares of 20p each for PSG Doncaster, which achieved revenue of about £900,000 in the year to 31 March 2009.
