Forkway, the forklift truck company, has been boosted by its move to Doncaster last year and could be set to expand into larger premises, it has announced.

According to the company, which also has offices in Humberside, the decision to open a Doncaster branch has been vindicated by 133 additional customers since September 2008.

Gary Hawkhead, Forkway's sales director for the region, said: "The recession and economic downturn may seem to have contributed to our success rather than hindered it."
